1 on 1 Coaching
Looking for a personal Coach to introduce you to CrossFit? Or, maybe you have specific skills or goals that you would like to work on. Perhaps you want a custom program. By working one-on-one, our certified, expert Coaches can tailor workouts to your current fitness level and move forward building your fitness base while learning how to safely and properly preform CrossFit movements. The highest success rate, decreased risk of injuries, and consistent attendance, has been found in athletes who begin with a series ONE on ONE sessions. If your goal or need is on the following list, ONE on ONE Coaching may be the best option for you.
- Weight loss
- Improved body composition
- Extra accountability
- You have generally been sedentary and are new to exercise
- You are referred to us by a physician, physical therapist or chiropractor
- You have significant health or orthopedic issues.
Individuals with significant health or orthopedic issues will typically continue with ONE on ONE Coaching If you choose ONE on ONE Coaching each session will be individually designed for your current ability. We can provide both long term and short term ONE on ONE Coaching depending on your individual needs. By the end of your sessions, you will have the opportunity to continue with more ONE on ONE Coaching, or move into the Level 1 or All Levels CrossFit classes. Sessions are offered in minimum blocks of 3. Most athletes who start with ONE on ONE Coaching attend 4 to 12 Session before looking for success in our group classes.
